COCO Office OSMAB Holding AG — Cologne, DE
Following the completion of the business restaurant, the second construction phase was finalised in 2023. The urban office campus COCO – Cologne Office Campus Ossendorf – is designed to facilitate maximum productivity, communication and exchange with its modern, innovative office spaces and chill-out areas. In the OSMB Holding AG building, the facilities also include a spacious entrance area complete with reception and lounge to greet guests with a warm welcome.
The interior design concept is inspired by the building’s previous use and also incorporates the historical significance of the location. But what really sets the tone here is the contrast between hard and soft surfaces and materials. Alongside black and white contrasts and a soft colour scheme, vibrant colours set the different areas apart and make a striking statement through decorative elements and furnishings. A combination of sculptures throughout the space and tape art design by a Bonn-based art consultancy really bring the interior design concept to life.
