An unusual and exciting concept, developed in order to realise a leisure venue where all generations can socialise. The building’s architecture is as multidimensional and multifaceted as the concept. An old shopping mall was revitalised and reimagined. The atrium in the centre affords views from the ground floor up to the upper levels, ensuring that the individual floors seamlessly blend into each other. It is truly eye-catching and definitely fun, thanks to the two slides that run through all of the floors.
Various different spaces have been connected to form one large space without any boundaries between “indoors” and “outdoors”. The striking spectrum of shapes and colours becomes the USP. Throughout the building, plenty of space has been allocated to nature with verdant green plants. Due to its urban character, this green oasis also contributes to the feel-good atmosphere. There are greenhouses on the roof that ensure atmospheric and cosy evenings.
