Schlemmermeyer — Brand Design Concept
In the course of the relaunch of the traditional brand Schlemmermeyer, Kitzig Interior Design develops a new design concept for the sausage and ham specialty retailer. In addition to the flagship store at the Viktualienmarkt, the barbecue stand and the shop-in-shop delicatessen also receive a fresh design.
The new concept reflects the values that Schlemmermeyer stands for: tradition, craftsmanship, all-natural products and regionality. Therefore, local materials are used to emphasize quality and sustainability. Warm colors and shades of wood meet cool stone materials and copper elements. In this unique ambience which deliberately avoids separating the retail space from the seating area, customers are invited to enjoy the specialties directly on site. With the new design, the long-established company bridges the gap between traditional values and contemporary customer demands.
