In the H2 Hotel in the Zollhafen, the former customs port of the city of Mainz, guests can immerse themselves in the history of book printing, as it was this revolutionary invention by Johannes Gutenberg in 1450 that made the city world-famous. Everything visually references books and the printing process, from the public areas on the ground for to the corridors and rooms.
The colours of the wallpaper patterns, decorative objects and walls match the interior design, which is dominated by the brand colours yellow and blue, as well as warm shades of grey.
The open lobby area with the reception and lounge islands seamlessly flows into the restaurant, which also offers space to work and chill out.
